Last Year’s Action

At the inaugural Holt Brothers Foundation Flag Football Tournament, every team gave it their all. There was blood (unfortunately), sweat (lots of it) and tears (okay, maybe not). Thank you to all our corporate teams and sponsors for supporting our event. It was a huge success, raising over $86,000 to help children who have a parent with cancer.

There was some stiff competition, too. In the end, everyone was a winner but a special shout-out to the following who really brought their A-game.

  • Kimley-Horn — 1st place in tournament
  • Citrix — 2nd place in tournament and 2nd place fundraiser
  • Dixon Hughes Goodman — 1st place fundraiser and 3rd place in tournament
  • Duke Raleigh Hospital — Best tailgate award winner
  • LS3P + Mid-Atlantic Associates — Best cheerleaders award and 3rd place fundraiser
  • York Properties + McDonald York aka e-LEMON-ators — Best team name award

Whether they were grinding it out on the field, cheering on their team or making sure their tailgate was on point, we documented it all. Check out the photos here and video below.

The Road to the Championship

Caleb Lowman shares his experience and how this tournament helped his team build trust and strong relationships. He was team captain of the Kimley-Horn aka KHlutzy Kholaborators team … who are, by the way, THE reigning champs.
